We recently discovered plans to develop a deepwater container terminal near the mouth of Cedar Bayou, along the border of Harris County and Chambers County, Texas.

The area has seen extensive development in the past few years. This proposed development will greatly affect the nearby residents and the local community, especially for those residing along the bay.

There will be another comment period once the EIS (Environmental Impact Study) is completed, most likely in early 2024.
